Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your order. Shipping timeframe is then calculated by the carrier.

If you enter the wrong address at checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, there is nothing we can do. If an order is lost in transit because you entered the wrong shipping address, you are responsible for covering the costs of having it resent.

Worldwide shipping is paused. If you are in Canada, the UK, Australia or the Netherlands, please note that VAT fees are the responsibility of the recipient, not the shipper.

If your order arrives broken or otherwise unusable, please send a photo to customercare@woodenspoonherbs.com so we may assess and find a solution. Thank you!
