We chose magnesium glycinate for our Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium because it’s one of the most gentle and highly absorbable forms of magnesium. Bound with the amino acid glycine, it’s easy on digestion and supports relaxation, calm, and restful sleep.

We created Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium for those nights when you need extra help easing into rest. Unlike our original Spirulina Blue Lemonade, it includes a microdose of plant-based melatonin (0.5 mg) to support a smoother transition to sleep, without the grogginess.* Tart Cherry Magic Magnesium is also formulated with magnesium glycinate instead of the magnesium citrate used in the original, offering a gentler form that’s easy on the stomach and deeply calming.

We hear you—melatonin can get a bad rap, and for good reason. Many supplements on the market use synthetic melatonin in high doses (3–10 mg), which can overwhelm your system, leave you groggy, and disrupt your body’s natural production over time.
