Honey Hi, the beloved Los Angeles cafe famed for its wholesome, farm-fresh meals, has done it again. Teaming up with CAP Beauty, they've crafted a pancake mix that's not just healthy, but hands-down the tastiest we've ever tried.
Imagine waking up to a plate piled high with golden-brown pancakes, crispy at the edges, airy in the middle. It's a taste of nostalgia, a trip back to those lazy Sunday mornings of childhood. But this time, it's guilt-free. These pancakes blend heirloom grains from reputable sources like Koda Farms, Harvest Grain Company, and Montana Farms, along with CAP Coconut Butter and Pink Himalayan Salt. The result? A nutrient-packed, naturally gluten-free pancake mix that you can feel good about devouring.
These pancakes aren't just for breakfast either. While we're fond of a classic pat of butter and a drizzle of warm honey, they can easily switch from sweet to savory, catering to whatever your heart—or stomach—desires.
Now, for the pièce de résistance: our Light Ray drizzle. In partnership with CAP Beauty, we concocted a unique tonic brimming with superfoods and adaptogens. This glow-getter isn't just a feast for your taste buds, but also a boost for your skin's luminosity.
How To:
For 1 1/2 cup pancake mix, use 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
For entire bag of pancake mix, use 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
In a medium bowl, whisk milk, egg and vanilla into dry pancake mix. Heat lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup batter into pan. Cook until bubbles rise to the surface, then flip. Cook second side until golden brown
Pro tip: To capture the pancakes' perfect balance of texture and flavor, make sure to use up the batter within 30 minutes of mixing. So keep a bag of our mix handy for those quick, healthy meals, or whenever you need to satisfy that pancake craving.
So there you have it, folks—your upgraded breakfast of champions. A symphony of textures, flavors, and wholesome goodness right in your kitchen, courtesy of Honey Hi and CAP Beauty.
