For 1 1/2 cup pancake mix, use 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

For the entire bag of pancake mix, use 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
