In this recipe
- 1 1/ 2 ounces sparkling water
- 3/ 4 ounce fresh citrus juice (lemon, orange, or grapefruit)
- a few drops of olive olive (we used Graza's "Drizzle" olive oil)
- 1/2 ounce honey
- 1/4 ounce of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Light Ray
Directions
1. In a shaker, add the olive oil, citrus juice, ACV, and honey
2. Add some ice to the shaker and shake it well until the mixture is well combined.
3. Strain the mixture into a beautiful glass of your choice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Add 2-3 droppers of Light Ray to the drink and give it a gentle stir.
