This cooling recipe is a dreamy way to wind down a hot summer day. These nourishing popsicles are especially comforting if you’re feeling a little dry, scratchy, or under the weather.
Made with our Elderberry Lung Support tonic and hydrating coconut water, they’re tart, floral, and full of respiratory-loving herbs.
Our Elderberry Lung Support Syrup is crafted to nourish the lungs and bolster immunity with a soothing blend of elderberry, marshmallow root, mullein, and rosehip. It’s meant to be taken daily—but is just as lovely frozen into a treat.
- ½ cup filtered water
- ¼ tsp Elderberry Elixir, or 1 capful
- 1 ½ - 2 lemons
- ¼ cup blueberries
- A few sprigs of mint
- ½ cup of coconut water
- Popsicle mold, popsicle sticks
Step 1: Squeeze lemons into your glass with water. For more tartness, use 2 whole lemons.
Step 2: Remove any seeds.
Step 3: Add coconut water to the lemon and water mixture.
Step 4: Add 1 capful of Elderberry Elixir.
Step 5: Stir!
Step 6: De-stem mint and any other herbs you’d like to add.
Step 7: Tear herbs into smaller pieces.
Step 8: Add the mint and blueberries to your popsicle molds, and anything else you’d like to add at this point.
Step 9: Pour elderberry, lemon, and coconut water mixture into the popsicle molds.
Step 10: Freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
