Tulsi is a species of basil, a bit more musky and spicy than the kitchen variety. It maintains optimal cortisol levels in the body, supports the nervous system, and promotes grace and ease. Our tulsi comes from a small farm in Vermont.
Oatstraw is the stalk and unripe seed of the oat plant. Yep, the same plant that gives us oatmeal gives our nervous system a deep watering when the metaphorical soil is too dry. Oatstraw calms by nourishing, and is great for both acute and everyday use.
Ashwagandha is a calming adaptogen that, when taken over time, can soothe the endocrine and nervous systems, and help repair any damaged caused by stress.
