This recipe is heavenly for ending a hot summer day. You will especially love it if you have an itchy or sore throat, or want to support your immunity. Made with a base of our Elderberry Elixir and coconut water, the popsicles are refreshing and a little tart. Elderberry Elixir is a calming syrup, meant to be taken daily for immunity and resilience. Made from raw apple cider vinegar, raw mountain honey, rosehips, astragalus, and botanicals, it has antiviral and earthly properties. Once mixed with the coconut water, the popsicles become a beautiful sunset pink color. Enjoy!
