We’re somewhere in the midst of the heat of summer, while cooler days await us. For these last warm afternoons of September: we created something bright, floral, berry and milky — our very own herbal Pink Drink made with our Solar Flare tea blend of hibiscus, cinnamon and ginger. 

The fruity and floral strawberries & hibiscus are an ode to summer, paired with autumnal cinnamon and ginger, to make this drink the perfect summer-into-fall refresher. 

You’ll need:

WSH Solar Flare Tea Blend
Tea Infuser
1/2 Cup Strawberry Sparkling Water (we love Waterloo!)
1/3 Cup Organic Freeze Dried or Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Milk


  1. Steep the loose leaf tea for 30 minutes
  2. Set tea aside to cool
  3. In a glass, stir together sparkling water, coconut milk, strawberries and ice. 
  4. Once the tea has cooled, add the tea to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
  5. Enjoy your refreshing Solar Flare Pink Drink under the summer sun.
