We love slow mornings and the ritual of making a coffee or tea. But don’t conform to the coffee norm - our Herbal Coffee is microbiome-friendly, caffeine-free, and supports energy levels throughout the day. Made with chicory and maca, this blend of roots and herbs gently help you greet the day (or the afternoon). Chicory is a flowering plant of the dandelion family, with a beautiful, nutty taste and gut-biome benefits. Maca is a natural mood booster that aids focus and well-being, and is a funky, tuberous radish-relative grown in South America (don’t worry, it tastes great). Herbal Coffee also has mesquite and cinnamon, overall creating a warming and comforting flavor.

  • 1 Tbsp of WSH Herbal Coffee 
  • 8-16 oz of hot water
  • 16 oz of nut mylk of choice, we like almond or oat
  • Ice
  • French press  
  • Optional: honey or Mushroom Magic to sweeten


Step 1: Add 1 tablespoon of Herbal Coffee to french press and pour 8-16 oz of hot water. 

Step 2: Let steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you’d like your herbal coffee to be.

Step 3: Stir!

Step 4: Prepare a glass of nut mylk over ice

Step 5: Add the brewed herbal coffee.

Step 6: Add any honey or Mushroom Magic tincture to sweeten. 

Step 7: Stir and enjoy!
